With the TQ Fastening solution, fastening tasks can be automated in an easy-to-understand, fast and intuitive way. The fastening solution can be used directly with Atlas Copco or with a FIAM fastening system. Consisting of bolting system, feeder and the matching function module TQ Fasting Solution APP.

Control Cabinet

The TQ robot control cabinet is used for the functional control of robotics solutions, consisting of 16 inputs and 16 outputs. The communication between robot network and control cabinet is done via Ethernet. Color light gray, dimensions (WxHxD) 500 x 500 x 210 mm, with integrated power supply 24V DC, 5A and lockable main switch.

Base Plate

The TQ base plate is a flexible base plate with slotted holes around the and is used for mounting the robot on various profile systems. Possible grids for mounting: 20, 25, 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60mm.

Robot Cell

The TQ robot cell consists of a profile table and profile frame, connected with quick release connectors and angles. Milled out for cable feed-through, 6 articulated feet. The side walls, back wall and doors are covered with 5mm thick Makrolon sheets. The door has aluminum hinges, handles and magnetic catches. Also available in ESD-compatible design.

The TQ Robot Profile Table is used as a work and assembly platform for the robot, consisting of a grooved tabletop for flexible positioning of the robot and the fixtures. Design with a cable guide gap between table top and frame. On height-adjustable leveling feet. The table can be individually extended due to the grooves. Also available in ESD-compatible design.
